Class Skill Levels

Level 1  No to very little experience needed.  Class will teach the use of tools or products in the class description and most supplies will be precut or easily prepared in class.  

Level 2  Basic experience.  Student must be familiar with the basic use of tools listed in class description.  For paper crafting classes this includes being able to read a ruler and cut with a paper trimmer to ¼” measurements.  

Level 3  Some Experience.  Student is familiar with the basic use of tools listed in class description.  For paper crafting classes this includes being able to read a ruler and cut with a paper trimmer to 1/8” measurements.  Class may move at a moderate pace to complete in scheduled time frame.  

Level 4  Very Experienced.  Student is familiar and comfortable with tools listed in the class description.  For paper crafting classes this includes being able to read a ruler and cut with a paper trimmer to 1/16” measurements.  Class will have multiple steps/techniques and move at a moderate pace.

Paper Marbling

Learn the quick and easy steps it take to marble paper. We will be using Aladine's Liquid pigments to create one of kind papers you can use for any of your paper crafts. Each class participant will create at least 2 marbled designs. Bring: Apron & paper towels. Instructor - Christine Slak

Book Lover's Mini Room

We'll use My Favorite Things "Our Story" stamp set to create a mini room set atop of stack of books. Great as an accessory on a bookshelf or as a gift for a book lover. Bring fine tip scissors, pop dots, preferred adhesive (glue stick, liquid glue, 1/2" and 1/4" Scor tape, or tape runner), markers or colored pencils and clear Wink of Stella (optional). Mini Valentine Tag Album & Card

This mini tag album is perfect for photos of a special loved one. The card coordinates with the tag album. We will be using the So Punny Collection by Doodlebug. You will receive precut pieces and a full Icons sticker sheet to create these projects. There will be some fussy cutting.

 

Bring: Detail scissors, liquid glue, tape runner, pop dots and a ruler. Instructor - Beth Basta

Watercolor Sign

Pick your words and designs to create this super cute pallet sign. We will use Staz-On ink with IOD stamps to create your base then Tim Holtz's watercolor crayons to add color. This is an easy and fun project for any age!

Winter Cabin Shadowbox

Create this serene Winter Cabin scene in a distress barn wood shadowbox frame. Assembly is easy since all pieces are die cut for you!

 

Bring: scissors, paper trimmer, liquid glue that dries clear, brown ink and blending tool, pop dots (small and large), pencil, ruler, 2-3 toothpicks, 1 stick pin and any clear Stickles (optional).

Bring: Scissors, gray or black ink, large and small paper files or sanding block, tape runner or Scor-tape, liquid glue, Glossy Accents, embossing heat tool, craft mat, X-acto knife with cutting mat is optional.
